These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding contract between the 898bd platform and its users. By registering or logging in to 898bd, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Please read the complete document. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use our services.
1 Definitions and Interpretation

- Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
- All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be true and accurate.
- Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. Sharing them with any third party is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for all activities conducted from your account.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold or rented.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
898bd may at any time request valid identification documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.
3 Age Verification and Eligibility
898bd services are for persons aged 21 or above only. The following persons are not eligible to use 898bd:
- Those under the age of 21.
- Those enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
- Those whose accounts have been previously closed.
- Those involved in fraudulent activities.
If registration is completed by providing a false age, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
898bd processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
- Use only a payment account registered in your own name for deposits.
- Deposits through third parties are not permitted.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

- Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
898bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. These bonuses are provided subject to specific conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- To withdraw this bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met.
- That means, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, you do not need to wager a total of ৳20,000 (20x) before withdrawing — you only need to wager 10x the bonus amount, which is ৳10,000.
- The welcome bonus applies once per account only.
5.2 VIP Cashback
The 898bd VIP program has five levels, each with a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed on one account, one device and one IP address.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 898bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6 Gaming Rules
All games on the 898bd platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results.
- Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be altered by the platform.
- Results of completed games may be voided due to technical errors and the wagered amount will be refunded.
- If the internet connection is lost, an ongoing game is automatically recorded and the result is displayed once the connection is restored.
- Any attempt to interfere with or manipulate the gaming software will result in immediate account closure.
7 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 898bd:
- Creating multiple accounts or group betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
- Using fraudulent payment information.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.

8 Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance before closing.

898bd may close or temporarily suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or deception.
- Providing false identity information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

9 Limitation of Liability
898bd is not responsible for:
- Game losses due to internet connection disruptions.
- Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Loss resulting from account login credentials being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
- Temporary service interruption due to technical maintenance.
- Loss caused by misinterpretation of a bonus.
898bd is not obligated to pay any winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, and reserves the right to correct such errors.

11 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute, please first contact our support team via 24/7 live chat. We will do our best to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
- After a complaint is submitted, we will provide an initial response within a maximum of 7 business days.
- In the case of financial disputes, game logs and transaction records will be reviewed.
